Hello, i was Sampdoria and i got sacked in my second season for a low league position 11th but i have now been unemployed for 2 seasons missing out on empoli job, juve job and lazio job these are the big 3 i went for, i have gone for some in serie B but no luck and even serie C1/a clubs and i have not had 1 accepted offer. Why will i not get offered a job it makes no sense to me.

is their a trick or something to getting a job offer?

no hurry to reply though guys, i have started a new game now as gave up trying to get one however i would still like to know.

2. Go on holiday, I think there is a option about jobs.

I mean you can't have many manager points after half a season and 11th.

You'll just have to persist and apply for every job, even a crap one. You might have to win a couple of things before you get a good job!

On my last career i started at oxford and worked my way up, winning them promotion and then getting the leeds job(i know, i know, it's a tough one) and halfway through that season i got the Fulham job and took them out of the championship and on to prem glory. A couple of seasons after i got the liverpool job and my mission to rise up the managing ladder and take control of one of the big four .

Sorry bout the essay but I think your problem could be that your points are pretty low!

Yeah agree what others have said. Just because you had a Serie A job doesn't mean the game considers you a Serie A or even B standard manager.

Also because there's only one national league, there's far less opportunities than in the PC game, so it can mean very long waits. But the game shouldn't really keeping you waiting two years without even get a shot at Serie C clubs. I would have restarted after one year without a job.
