i'm not sure if this happen but do reserve team play matches each week because i put two youngsters on my reserve team and my assistant didn't believe they were good enough for my sqaud so a year later i go and check them and then he says they have shown a great deal of potential.
i don't know if its the friendly matches at the start of season or they play week in week out thanks.

for once, i think, a decent question.
However the answer im not to sure of, i believe they just train and improve throughout the year, really the reserve team is just an option for you to have more players so 36 aces and then another 36 players in your reserve team.

they do play soome sort of games as if you look they get av.ratings but dont know against who
