Its alright as a whole, what could be improved however is the text I believe. The render could do with being a bit bolder around his face area. Maybe add some effects to him and smude a bit to help him blend too. The BG looks fairly good though, the colours used look nice, the low opacity text in the BG looks good too. Overall not bad but a few areas could be improved. Keep it up.

background could be improved because it is a bit too grungey i think for the style you tried and i don't like the red you chose, maybe a more arsenal home jersey red from this season would've worked better, and yes as Hunter said the text really needs to be improved
