Make a backup of the current changes.txt on your PSP on the computer. Then, replace the changes on the PSP with the new ones.

Yeah Aldershot seem to be signing a lot of people for me too. Marc Vaughan said increasing a club's reputation should increase their wage/transfer budget but it didn't work. This may balance itself out too though as you have little money for wages but other clubs sign very few players.
