Hello all,
I recently purchased FMH 2008 for my commute here in DC and really enjoy it. My question is as follows. The assistant manager advises that my striker "has a clinical eye for finishing and is at his best when shooting from within the box." I currently use the stock 4-4-2 attacking tactic with team and player tweaks. My striker has no free role, forward runs-yes, long shots-yes, run with ball-yes. Are there any instructions I am giving him that are counter productive or are there instructions I should be giving him and I am not? On the assistant manager, do you tend to take his advice in account, or is it just fluff? Thanks in advance.
i tend to ignore the assistant as he blows hot and cold. Like COTA said jambos is the best tactic around but if you dont like playing 352 youll find other good tactics in the tactics 08 thread
Thanks all for the advice and quick response. I will give give Jambo daves tactic a shot. I have been thinking about printing some of the tactics out and keeping them for reference as they tend to run together in my head.
For now I guess I will follow the assistant managers advice and see how it plays out. Thanks again.
I only listen to my assistent once in a while. I once checked the assistents opinion twice, once before and one after a game. The player did not play but the ass.man. () said he sucked before and called him a future star after...
