Hey guys, I was just wondering exactly what features there will be on xbox 360 live for 2008? As I am mainly a live gamer and prefer it to single player. I have been wondering whether to preorder it or not. So will there be leagues and things online, leaderboards, excetera?
Thanks!
The console edition is identical to the already released PC version, however it will be fully updated with all the latest transfers and manager-switches that have taken place in the January transfer window,
And to the poster above why so harsh, we're trying to get more people on the forums not off.
He's only asking a question he might not be as much of an fm geek like you.
Yeh tommy you can go **** yourself mate, like he said I dont play it all day like you just occasionaly and all im asking is what live features there will be. Dick head.
Firstly I dont think this is a 'stupid question', a friend of mine picked up a copy of the 360 version yesterday and apparently it doesn't have the same full multiplayer options as the pc version.
You can only play head to head games and up to 8 human player mini league or cup. He has not managed to find any option to player a normal league with multiple human controlled players.
Now this might just be him being a shaggy and not being able to find the right option, but he is pretty clued up so I doubt it.
Can anyone confirm whether the 360 version has full multiplayer leagues? If not I doubt if I will buy it.
This is the same thing I've been wondering about. If it's that way I doubt I'll get it, maybe on PC but some of my friends don't really have a powerful enough PC. Does it come on MAC and if so can we play MAC and PC in same game?
We have always clearly stated that the 360 version has different online modes to the PC and Mac game - the last 2 versions on 360 were the same.
The PC online experience would not work with the Xbox Live system, as you can't save "Live" games in the same way as you can save PC/Mac games. Therefore we have special Live Arcade online modes.
Cheesepuff - There are leagues, cups, leaderboards etc for up to 8 players.
Kronik - yes, you can play PC & Mac in the same game with the PC/Mac version of the game.
