and if so, in what stlye? are they the cutout versions? Do they have the pictures for every player in each team inc. reserves , U18 and staff pics?

There are player pics and kits for all of the licensed leagues and teams that are in the game.

The style is the same as in the PC version. Screenshots of how they look can be seen here.

Just to let you know there are no pictures or kits in the Demo.
