Default Training Camps

Did a search and didn't find anything specfic to this, so don't shoot me down, but I had an idea the other day. Why aren't there any training camps on FM?

I don't mean international pre-tournament camps, I mean training camops for clubs. Like in the middle of the season you hear clubs going to another country for a couple fo days to train..

It could have its advantages and disadvantages, like it could improve players morale etc. Or players could fall out/ lower morale..

You could ask the board for one if you have a gap in the fixtures, and they could give you a list of countries they could send you.. (obviously quite close by) or they could reject it if its too expensive etc.

What do you guys think?

I like the idea but would need to be worthwhile in order for it to be included.

Advantages:
-Team becomes more united, addition of fav personal on player profiles
-Increases moral
-Players could learn new traits, and increase in some attributes

Disadvantages:
-Fall out between players
-Waste of time
-No one learns anything

I dont think there should be many disadvantages, maybe just cost and whether the board allows you.

It could decrease morale too, if they stay too long at the training camp.

Maybe teams that can't afford to go abroad could have training camps elsewhere in the UK - and getting fired up if it's somewhere like er, brighton, but depressed if it's in Solihull or Stevenage or Keighley or somewhere.

Anyone remember On The Ball: League Edition from Ascon [now Ascaron] from back in the day on the Amiga? This was a wicked feature in that. Wicked game actually, way ahead of its time with loads of features.

Good idea but I dont think it should increase/decrease stats.

Advantages;
Condition goes up.
Morale goes up.
Relations improve with team mates and favoured club goes up.

Disadvantages;
Fall outs between team mates.
Cost of going away.
Match fitness decreases (would anyway if not playing mathes).
And of course in England it would mean you where knocked out the cups to be able to go away.

Something else to think about maybe would be room mates, for away games aswell.
The game decides who rooms with who but you could request your new Brazilian signing rooms with another native who has been at the club a few seasons.
This could improve relations between the two and help the settling in time.
It could be in the players profile who the player rooms with.
