Without any apparent reason it canged from 100% to 60%.

I have 32m budget and I am 9 Mpa over the Wage budget.

Is it possible that the change is because I'm not spending enogh

Could well be related to that - If I were you, I'd slash wages, otherwise you will be in debt next season, I imagine.

by over the wage budget do you mean you have that much left in the wage budget or you are overspending by that much? I assume mpa is millions per anum...?

you might regain that 45 mill at the end of the season by tv money and sponsors however

45 mill is not likely to be regained unless you have a big sponsorship deal. My guess is the board are looking at the balance graph and crapping themselves.
