When somebody's posting history has been in the fora that go completely against the LLM ethics, and then his first 'contribution' in LLM is...

It does not imply he is playing LLM and suggests he may be here on a wind up.
Considering his only post in LLM since has been to remark that I was angry, it indicates my assessment of him is correct.

We welcome new people to LLM. We don't welcome those who can't be bothered to read the header and/or are here on a wind up.

Nobby, if you have time to research this poster's posting history to be able to ascertain that his informative offering of 'Black and Gold Army!!!!eleventy!!!11!!' was his first venture into this forum, then surely it would be more polite to point out that person's 'error' rather than being rude to him on his LLM debut. Perhaps you ought to welcome everyone and give a little leeway to people who are learning the ropes rather than telling them (quote) "not to bother".

Afterall, not everyone knows what LLM is, and despite all the pleadings from the regulars and stars of this forum, not everyone reads every forum header and sticky before posting, in particular on their first visit.

The forum header is there to be read and taken heed of, not ignored. That is the case in any forum you ever visit, not just SI and not just LLM. If the latter were the intended case, they may as well not be there on any of the fora and they can all descend into forum anarchy.

From another angle... you wouldn't go into a mosque to practice Christianity.

To find a half-way point why not just give them, a 2-strikes rule. If they're an idiot after being told to read the header once then let the full force of the forum to come down on them. That way new people who don't read the header/misinterpret it don't get put off but idiots do.
