I think that Nobby was trying to get as his recent posts in T&T and GPTG. There was nothing wrong with Carl's actual post, and it could have been put in a nicer way. As posting in those 2 forums as well as here is against the rules, someone was going to point it out.

Well he should make his point clearer then? No smiley, no friendly warning, nothing. But again, the OP was harmless, but all Nobby wanted to do was antagonise. By all means if Carlos had broken the rules of the forum then such a tone is needed.

With all due respect Gripper, the perceived lack of friendliness in this forum is usually caused by a lack of determination on the part of new visitors. Those who stick it out will find lasting friendship, trust me on that one.

Apologies for meandering OT in this thread, which I only popped in to ask whether Berwick Rangers were the Scottish LLM club of choice for the English, in particular, or whether it was still those old faves East Stirlingshire who are preferred.

I did LLM as Ross County BITD, which shows how long ago I did Scotland in such a way.

He should definitely have made his point clearer and there should have been a friendly warning before the pitchforks came out But with Nobby that's never going to happen It would have probably worked out better someone else had noticed Carls posting history before Nobby.
