Select a player. In the right bottom menu, where you can also discipline a player etc., there should be the option for "player interaction". There you can ask a player to learn from a different one.
A bit GQ-Question though, and not LLM-specific. Nevertheless, I hope this helps.
I think it's worth knowing that sometimes, however, there are no linkable players. If you don't see the option where Cosmo pointed out, then that's why.

To add to this (if it wasn't clear) you should choose a youth player, go on player interaction and changed the "linked player" at the bottom to the player you want to be the tutor, you then choose one of the comments like "Player X is the ideal role model for you" or "You could learn a lot from player X" etc..

I've been wondering about this. I will have an experienced player and a youth who fill the same position and yet I can't link them. With two other players of similar ages, there's no problem. There seems to be no rhyme or reason to it either.
I guess it might have to do with players having to be of a similar type. A burly axe-wielding midfielder won't be able to learn a lot from a hand-of-god-like player.
