In addition to the original question:
When it comes to pitch dimensions, do you only rely on what the scout says, or also check up the actual dimensions over the team information screen.
I wonder if the report the scout gives is actually true and there was a slight chance of being wrong implemented.

I never have my scouts check out my next opposition.
I just let them find cheap players that I can exploit.
