Sometimes to the first, and no to the other. I always tell myself the club would be better if I paid more attention... But then I see I'm only ever on a "Part-Time Contract", so I rationalise it by saying my other job pays better.

I almost always ignore it and admire the high number of snow/orange ball games you get playing in Switzerland

Occasionally I make a slight change on a waterlogged pitch where it seems to quite significantly slow up the ball otherwise I don't want to confuse my stupid players.
