When judging a players ability, do you go solely off the assistant/coach reports say?

or do you take into account the statistics of a player?

Ask yourself this: If you had an opinion on a player, and asked for a second opinion, would you follow that second opinion or trust what you felt if it differed? In other words, would you put YOUR fate in the hands of an AssMan. He's not the one facing the sack if the team goes tits up.

And are you basing this on the number ratings of the player, or what the coaches and scouts saw and what you see in games?

All my friendlies seem to be against much better sides and it is hard to judge on a game.
