I am just wondering how do i get to scout more places e.g England, Scotland and Wales Thanks For any Help

click on scouting, the choose a scout add new assignment then choose what country or region

When your club has more finances and a higher profile, you can scout further afield.

Otherwise, you're stuck with where your board allows.
