As far as the Nobster and Ollie's comments - I find it ironic that two of the LLaMas who arguably tend to be the most zealous and protective of LLM's 'integrity' are happy to condone this update on the grounds of the OP being part of some 'in-crowd' and therefore somehow exempt from their usual self-righteous ire...
Not at all. That's my point. How can you ask for consistency from others - including noobs - when you'll abandon all consistency yourself if 'an old friend' comes a calling?
I have no real problem with the update myself - it's the message it gives to others which I'm concerned about.

AS FOR THE OTHER STUFF, WELL I NEVER SAW THE PROBLEM WITH AN UPDATE, OF COURSE SOME ARSENAL FAN COULD HAVE INCREASED THE PLAYERS RATINGS IN THE ONE I USED, BUT OF COURSE A LLM'ER COULD HAVE EDITED THE RATINGS IN HIS OWN GAME BEFORE PLAYING AND NOT TOLD ANYONE?
