I'm gonna start LLMing, I used the random team generator and it gave me Telford, I looked at Telford and they have a transfer budget of 20k. Does this mean the team count as "unusually high reputation/financial state"?

Should I be someone else then or are Telford OK?

No need to concern yourself on this one, a £20K transfer budget is neither here nor there as you've still got to find players & then convince them to join you.

I just borrow this thread real quick. I saw on Frank that the US league is also LL, can this be true, is MLS really a LL?

I know its the lowest league in the country, but still....

The MLS is the lowest playable league so it's fine, however & this is a personal opinion I would never start with an MLS team as I feel the league is too strong for a starting point.
