Experience vs. Youth
No tipping here.
I just want to know: what's the average age of your squad? (As listed on the team information screen).
What's your take on the subject? Do you try to keep the age structure balanced or can't you be bothered with it?
The average age of my Northern Irish First division side is 21 right now. Lots of players are in their mid-20s, and a couple of youth players are only 16, 17, dragging the average down.

Currently 20 although that is inflated by a 28 year old.
I can only afford kids because my board won't give me any money to spend on transfers.

In Sweden there seems to be an (over)abundance of decent young players, so my average age is 22

In Northern Ireland too, it's 22. But I checked all the other teams and a lot of them are at 21 and 20. Pretty amazing.

I have three players a 19 as my youngest, and my only over-30 is a 34 year old DM.
If I have a 30 year old and a 20 year old who I think are at the same ability level, I'll usually start the younger player. However, there are certain matches where I'll opt for the 30 year old.

Average age is 23, by the way, but I think that's a bit younger than I'd normally have. i was fortunate to get a couple of tidy looking youngsters.
In the BSP, as it were.
Sorry for the double post.
