Question : I have over 4 million in the kitty and board in not turning into a professional despite a very good and consistent performance of the team.

It is some bug or what??

Not a bug.

It's a feature [/microsoft]

Maybe it's the AI not catching up with achievements of the club, or the board's ambition levels aren't the same as yours.

I've seen East Fife play and can say although they have a large amount of support for a club in SD3, if I were a board member, I'd need a lot of convincing that the club warranted a change to Professional status
