I'm struggling big time with the economy in the lower reaches of Italy. However it does seem that practically every team in Italy that makes the news in-game are "cash-strapped" or a crisis club.
I fill my stadium every time I play there (measley 3200 capacity

)excluding suck arse cup games but this is still not enough.
I entered into my 4th season (my first in Serie C1) a mere 200k in debt, however after a succesful season (well within the wage budget I might add)I found my debt had spiralled to 500K, even though my board are pumping in money left, right and centre.
To compound issues further there is the ridiculous league bonuses at the end of the season. I finished 3rd in Serie C1/A but won the playoffs meaning next season I will be in Serie B. However, as a reward for my team doing so well in the league my board paid out a further 500k league bonus, sending me 1 million quid into the red.
Perhaps that was my fault for selecting High league bonus hoping this would spur my players on to survival but my unexpected good season could prove to be the straw that breaks the LLaMas' back. Surely if a team was 500k in the red they would not pay out this ridiculous sum after a successful season in Serie C1. Im at work at the minute so can't check but I would be surprised if I even had 500k come in that season.
I would be much happier if my board refused to pay the bonus or paid a very low bonus with the risk of upsetting some of my players than actually putting the future of the club at risk.
Pah!
