Are the Kettering training and youth facilities accuratly rated?
In my first season at Leigh, Kettering are tearing things up with only 1 loss in 25 matches. I was checking out their setup and I noticed that they are 9/11 on training/youth facilities with a youth academy.
I thought that was pretty unrealistic and I didnt remember it from the 06 or 07 editions. So I checked 07 and they were 5/6.
I randomly selected 6 Conference sides to compare against:
Kettering 9 train 11 YA
Kidderminster 3/0
Forest Green 10/4
Exeter 6/8
Torquay 6/3
York 10/7
Altrincham 6/6
Has Kettering made a massive investment in their facilities in the last year or is the Kettering info wrong and should I edit it back to what it was?

You were advised to post it in the corresponding non-league thread (!) in the GD forum.
Nobody told you to post it here, where there is a strict no-editors rule. This is not the data-correctors place.

To the other point, if the Kettering data is wrong, and it probably is, it completely unbalances the game. Why would it be wrong to edit the info to make the game come closer to reality?

It doesn't unbalance the game any more than if a player is rated incorrectly and thus way better in the game than in real life.
If the problem is immense, like it was with the Tottenham / Portsmouth thing, SIgames will release a patch. Installing the patch is fair play. Using the editor to "correct things" is a no. Where will it end? The next one uses it to correct some other things, like giving his favourite team some more reputation because he thinks they are so great.
You see the point?

I see the point but anyone playing LLM as Kettering has an easy walk to League 2 based on the inaccurate training and youth facility ratings. Perhaps Kettering should be banned from the LLM challenge? However, it does add an interesting challenge to a human player playing any other ECN team.

(1) LLM is not a challenge. Read the header and guidelines to try and understand the forum you have stumbled onto.
(2) We don't care about the editor, or changing the editor. We play the game as is.
(3) Get it? If not, read the headers and guidelines again. If you still don't get it, well I guess you will realize that LLM and you are incompatible...
Have a good day.
