Well its not to far off to be honest, we did go 23 games with only 1 loss this season on our way to promotion from the BSN.

As for the youth ratings, i believe the 11 is for clearing the dog crap off the local playing fields before training and the 9 is for the new set of cones the chairman splashed out on pre-season.

Aside from the glaring breaking of the no editor rule done by the original poster, what is to say Kettering don't have the best training facilities in non league football? Didn't they turn professional last season and have a rich benefactor? Their high training facility rating may well be accurate.

Kettering are full time, and the facilities have improved from previous seasons by using a local college as their training base , in contrast to the municipal playing fields near my house the used in previous seasons.

I still think that quite a few BSP teams have much better facilities but in the BSN i would imagine probably only the ex conference clubs would have similar training facilities available.

Leigh Genesis have just announced that they are fully professional and also appear to have a wealthy benefactor..judging from his initial investment in media, marketing and new players. Im not sure they should get a massive training and youth facilities boost. I know its difficult to measure these things, but unless there is clear evidence available, there should be league parameters for these ratings.

I am starting a Leigh Genesis dynasty for fun but obviously I cant mention it here.

I do hope to be able to do a legit Leigh Genesis in 09 though.
