How can I get my managerial rating up from national to higher? Im currently at Aberdeen but im looking to move on but i can't seem to get this up. Anybody know how to help?

Or you could win cups and trophies. Nobody in the World cares for the Aberdeen manager. If you can't win with them, maybe getting another job can prove beneficial.
