New game: Decided to start anew, with a Large DB & leagues selected to give a different flavour- England, Holland, Argentina, Brazil, USA & China
Started off with a few years holiday, created a new manager & started off with newly promoted Preston Cables (cable = thread.... lame)
No players, no coach, finances tiny but in order.
Season 1: 2011/12
Signed a bit of a squad, hacked out the season with no consistency, somehow ended up mid-table, mainly due to right winger & loanee striker going nuts
Season 2: 2012/13
Got an even better loanee striker, a midfielder, a GK on repetitive short-term deals. Stuff just went right, tightened up defensively and came up the table at the right end of the season.

Season 3: 2013/14
Blue Square Premier
Had a surprising number of wins, added to the squad with a really good AM/FC & a decent CD, as well as permanently signing 3 former loanees. Scored a lot of goals but the good teams were able to score more

Well BSP was a bit harder than I expected. Nothing went right, everyone wanted to leave & no-one (good) wanted to join. After 7 points in 11 games I decided to cut & run

Season 5: 2015
I signed on for Beijing Hongdeng, who'd just gone up into the 1st division. Squad was woeful, probably BSS/N standard, but so were some of the opposition. Luckily the 600 odd supporters who were spread around the 13000 seat stadium paid enough to have a fat bank balance & transfer kitty, so I was able to turn the squad over pretty easily. Mediocre year on all fronts, pleased the board by staying up then decided I didn't really care about either the club or the players

Season 6: 2015/16
Hinckley were tipped to finish 1st in the BSN, & the board were unhappy with previous management taking them to 6th so in I step. Things go "click" like a well-built German car, & off we go to promotion via the playoffs; after finishing 2nd & polishing off Nuneaton 2-1 on aggregate then Altrincham in a 4-3 thriller

Leading scorer: Consistent striker, 25 (24 the previous year)
Fans POTY: Consistent striker (won that previous year too), who also gets named as BSN player of the year (was runner up previous year)
So I'm back into the BSP, with a bigger & more balanced club than Prescot Cables
I still can't get over the stadium @ Hongdeng... can someone check that? Surely - IRL - they'd either get more fans each week , or revise the size of the stadium.
