Default Turkish Delight

After spending numerous hours contemplating where to start another chapter of my LLM career, and first one to be posted on these forums, I suddenly had the impulse to head off to Turkey to find riches, success and of course some Turkish delight.

2007/2008 season.

Spent the first half of the season on holiday mode and eventually, on the 10th Decemember I finally got a job offer from Yimpas Yozgatspor which I readily accepted. Yozgatspor had decent finances, no real wage budget to fiddle with, no transfer budget at all yet a decent squad to fulfil the boards expectation to finish in the top half of the second division.

Starting the second phase in sixth place of eight I changed the starting formation from the standard *tactic* to a narrow, short passing system based around a *tactic*. Started off with a four game unbeaten streak picking up 8 points out of 12 and ending up the second phase earning 27 points out of a possible 42 and moving Yozgatspor to a respectable 3rd in the group.

2008/2009 season

Brought in a few loan signings to bring some width to the team and switched to a *tactic* when playing away and sticking to the attacking *tactic* when playing at home, or lesser opposition away. The first portion of the season was an ultimate disaster picking up 22 points to finish 9th out of 10 and I felt as Christmas approached the writing was definitely on the wall. With no transfer budget and no free wages to try and lure potential free agents I was dreading going back into the second group phase.
I managed to offload most of the pathetic excuse for a youth team to free up some room for wages and brought in an exciting AMC and a good all round MC from First Division teams, both on free transfers. These two signings brought around a revival as we romped through the second phase of the division but still the awful start to the season hampered Yozgatspor to claim a play-off berth but finished a credible fourth.

I seem to be missing a season and shut up already with the formation/tactic-naming.

Beyond that, KUTGW!

Nothing more to add than what Klip said.

Have a read of the header and few rules we have here.
