Is there a full rundown on what is allowed in LLM and what isn't.

Is looking through the free transfers ok, then trialing them if you like the look of there stats?

As for your specific question looking at free transfers via teh search screen is consider ok ny some & not (myself included) by others, however I'm sure most of the regulars would frown on you filtering potential targets by attributes.

We don't look at the transfer list. Ever. Use your scouts or in-game press reports to get names. Then let your scouts check them out a few times. If they and you like what you see, trial them or sign them.

Personally I don't usually trial people as I 've had too many bad experiences of others picking them up in front of my nose that way. If I like what my scouts are telling me, I go after him pronto.

That's exactly the kind of post that makes the LLM forum a inhospitible place and generally thought of as a complete joke by those that don't post in it. Somebody comes in to help, normal users offer it to him, then a mod comes along and posts rubbish such as this. Why don't you try helping him instead?

Subtle or obvious I think we were all saying the same thing.

Asking if there is a lowdown on LLM when the forum headers ask new posters to read the stickies (which is just basic good form when online) & said stickes includes threads on the history of LLM along with another on the forum rules & giudelines left the lad open for some mild banter/ribbing.

Not really the point though is it? You did the sensible thing and just patiently pointed him to the guidelines, and also picked up on a grey area he'd asked about (free transfers)

On the other hand, a mod then decides to take the role of a normal user and offer nothing constructive and instead opts for a sarcastic response which only serves to reinforce the image that this forum is a rubbish place to come, which is a shame as a lot of people, myself included, enjoy LLM of sorts, but the rigidity and cliqueiness of this place, personified in part by iajafer's response, puts us off.
