Default If they hadn't scored, we would've won.

All Leagues loaded in England, France, Germany, Italy, Scotland, Spain, Switzerland and Turkey.

I managed to book an appoiment with frank and he took me to Turkey Second Division at club ........

2007/08 Season - Gebzespor- Turkish Second Division

Longterm Expectations: Survive in the second division by the end of a 2 year plan
Season Expectations: Avoid Relgation
Media Prediction: 8th (out of 10th)

Players In: 6(0k)
Players Out: 8(0k)

Very small league and don't really know how the Turkish structure works.

I have a fairly poor squad, and with a dreadful. So when i get my scout, i get him searching and only manages to find me a ST, DC and DR.

Win my first match 3-1, but dont win again till my 5th game, which puts me in 7th. Managed to sign some more DF in for frees, but doesn't really change help my performences and at the halfway point of the season, i still remain 7th. We then hit a drop in form and have a 6 game losing streak, and which drops me down to 9th.

Carry on Losing and after 17 games i decided to hand in my resignation after 161 days at the job.

Position (When I Leave) - 9th

Go on Holiday and Apply for jobs. A turksih side want me and other a transfer budget. I turn it down because i didnt really like managing in Turkey. Two Italian Teams offer me jobs, but i chose the team thats higher in the league and offer me a transfer budget of 160,000. So 12 days later i'm manager of .....

Real Marcianise - Italy Serie C2/C

Longterm Expectations: Respectable League Position by the end of a 2 year plan
Season Expectations: Respecitable League Position
Media Prediction: 9th (out of 18th)

Players In: 0(0k)
Players Out: 0(0k)

When i join they are 15th after 15 games, and in the relegation playoffs. Need some cover for GK spot and my midfield is preety poor, so get the scout searching.

The Squad doesn't look to bad, and i feel we will be able to survive (touch wood) but the morale is at rockbottom which will be hard to try and lift it. Scout didnt find anyone in the January transfer window so had to bring some youth in to make cover for first team players. Which was very unfortunate as couldn't play with the transfer budget.

Lose my first game 3-1 after playing well and then win 1-0. We don't win for 8 games, and with the team staying in the relegation play-off the board offer me my P45 after only 79 days there.

Poistion (When Sacked) - 16th

I holiday for the rest of the season

Sorry a few bad speeling mistakes in that post!

In mid June i see a job in Swiss which looks rather tasty. Applied and they accepted.

2008/09 FC Baulmes - Swiss Challenge League

[i]Longterm Expectations: Survive in the Challenge league by the end of a two year plan
Season Expectations: Fight Bravely Against Relegation
Media Prediction: 17th (out of 18th)

Players In: 18(6k), 1(loan)
Players Out: 11(5k)[i]

If we could defend leads, this season would of been a completly different. Bookies and Media tip us for relegation and i feel that is a definate possibility.

Scount find some decent players, the best being two ST who both cost 1k. We had a fairly good start and after 8 games, sit in 12 with 8 points and i feel we could avoid the drop. Then are tendency of losing leads kciks in, winning games and losing them. Coming back to draw in the 85th minute but still managing to lose. This drops us down to 16th, 17th and 18th. Where we hover around this place for 2/3 of the season, and with one game to go its confirmed we are relegated. I pack my bags and leave!

Position (When I Leave) - 18th

I get a Job offer from an Italian Club, I see that they have a loan debt of 5 million so i turn it down. But as no more jobs become availible i apply again and get the job

2009/10 Massese - Italy Serie C2/C

Longterm Expectations: Be a major player within Serie C2/C by the end of a two year plan
Season Expectations: Reach Play-off of Serie C2/C
Media Prediction: 4th

Players In: 11(0k), 3(Loan)
Players Out: 21(275k)

No point of even talking about this season. Players who my scount find were terrible, cups were carp. In december im sacked as i was pulling them towards the relegation play-offs.

Position (When Sacked) - 15th

No more jobs come up till the end of the season (no one wants me).

2010/11 Worksop Town - Blue Square North

Longterm Expectations: Respectable position in the Blue Square North by the end of a 3 year plan
Season Expectations: Safe Mid-Table Finish
Media Prediction: 17th

Players In: 19(0k)
Players Out: 5(0k)

When i join the team are full of greys and only me and the boss are on the staff list. During pre-season got two scouts in who found some decent frees and also got an Ass manager and Physio. Couldn't afford a coach so had to play the whole season without one.

A very in-consitent season, drawing games when we always took the lead. Never flirted with relegation but never looked to get higher than 15th. But on the whole i was pleased with the way the team played. I reckon if i had my two Strikers playing the whole of the season we would of landed a top half finish. My caribbean ST who kept on picking up little injurys netted 13 goals. Whilst my other pacy striker netted 23 goals who dually picked up fans player of the season.

On a negative note we are £800 over are wage budget and dropping down in the red very easily, around £50,000 to be precise.

Final Position - 16th

After four seasons i finally manage to kepp my job for a whole season !

You know it's a job well done when you've been relegated in two (or more) different leagues in one calendar year.
