Apply for all the jobs under the sun, get a few job offers from England but i decide i want to manage abroad. I reject a Swiss job as i saw lots of Spanish jobs available and thought i would get one, of course i didn't.
In mid February i get a job offer and decide to take it
2014 - Nuneaton Borough - Blue Square North
I join in mid February when the team are sitting 20th in the table (relegation zone) after 31 games and 3 points of 19th (Leigh). I sign a four month contract on the basis on trying to keep them up. Board still want me to get a respectable position this season, but with the players in the squad i don't think thats possible. So my aim is to save them from relegation, if i don't, it won't bother me to much as i was going to leave after my contract ended.
Got decent wingers thats it, defense is shocking, so get the scout searching.
Players In: 3 (0k), 5 (loan)
Players Out: 8 (0k)
My first signings are three players i had with me at worksop, Irish LB as didn't have a LB, CB and AML/ST. After 6 games will still remain 3 points of safety with 6 games to go, but the scout comes back with 4 talented loanees who i quickly snap up, Two ST's, WBL and GK. They do the business and with 1 game to go we were out of relegation because of goal difference.
It all came down to the final day, we had to better there score to stay up. Leigh were winning 4-1, so we had to win and we did 2-1. So we stayed up and i'm a very happy bunny.
Final Position - 19th
I leave my 4 month contract with great satisfaction thats i achieve my target of saving them from relegation.
I hope for a foreign club to take me in, but once again no one wants me apart from English clubs
Halesowen Town offer me a four year contract with a kitty of 450k and 4.8k wage budget.
I accept it as i think its too good of an offer to turn down ..... lets see about that in the future.

Season Expectations: Stay Clear of Relegation
Media Prediction: 17th
When i join they have already played 1 game (lost 3-2) and sit in 17th place. I look at my squad and realise my DF's and ST's are ****, so once again get the scout searching. Get rid of the deadwood and bring in a few frees and loanees. Wanted to use some of that transfer budget so i buy three players for fees.
After 10 games we get our first win which is also out first points against Nuneaton but still sit bottom. The new signing gel with the team and we go on a 5 match unbeaten run and pull out of relegation. However it doesn't last long and at the half way stage were still in relegation at 20th.
My loan CB and GK go back to there old clubs after doing very well, so sign a versatile DF for 40k and a loanne ST. The DF and ST do brillianlty and they are the main reason why we manage to keep our name in the division for another year. We went on a 9 game unbeaten run and we were safe with 3 games to go and at the end finished comfortably safe.
My Best Player of the season was my loan DM who was sensational scored 9 goals, 12 assists and an average of 7.38. He was also one of the frontrunners for BSN player of the season and i pray he and the other loannes will come back for another year.
Board and fans and myself are delighted with how the season went after how bad it started.
Final Position - 14th
I was linked with the Stafford Rangers job who are relegated from BSP at the end of the season. I think that if they come in for me, i will have to take it.
You've doen exceptionally well to stay the course on this. You have my congratulations! If i even go close to the relegation zone its sends me completely insane and i panic i've never just resigned after 4 matches though!!
