My scout just found a gem.

The little fella (17 y/o) plays as a D/WB R.

With his stats this means: he sprints like crazy (18 Acc 18 Pace, 15 Agi), gets fit in no time (NF 19), but sadly fails to realise that there is a football match going on (composure 2) and probably mistimes all the tackles (tackling 6).

But with a flair of 13 he does all of this nicely

I need the guy

Tenhults IF, 2019, Swedish First Div. E.

To cut it short: we could compete with the professional teams but we couldn't get in front of them.

Fairly good season, for quite some time the third place was in sight, but in the end we had to settle with the 6th spot - it's about realistic, looking at my squad.

I managed to renew the loan of a ST who was usually coming from the bench last year. After my first-choice striker left the club, he stepped up and helped our case with 18 goals. Apart from this, a few new young players were shipped in and a 31 y/o loanee from parent club Djurgarden, who helped us much.

Team is nearing the 1M balance.

My contract is running out, and I'm not sure about renewing. It seems an uphill struggle each year as a semi-professional team. I might give it one more try but I certainly do not want to sign a multi-year deal.

I hope for a vacancy at Danish second tier team Frem: secure finances and a professional team over there. Manager safety is listed as "very insecure".

6th Tenhult W 14 D 5 L 11 55-40 47 pts

Cup sucked major arse. Non-league Enskede showed us the exit sign in the first match...

Top goalscorer,: Hammarby Loanee, 18 goals
Fans' POTY, best avg.: huge Polish AM RL/ST (11G-5A, 7.34). The guy now scored 64 goals in 152 league games.

We say goodbye to our captain who never really could cut it in the second tier. He'll leave on a free, having scored 77 times in 227 league games (both club records).

Highlight of the season was beating AIK coming back in the last 10 minutes from 0-2 behind. This was the only time they lost a match in the season. AIK went on to win the league with a 26-3-1, 110-33 record.

KUTGW!!

The Frem board will probably laugh off any attempts to manage their club. But if they do take you on, then there is hope for us all managing in the Superettan.

I reckon I know who the huge Polish player is too. Probably because I have one in my team!

You're right about the Frem board.

I'll give it a last try after unsuccessfully applying to the Frem, Bryne and Örgryte jobs.

One-year contract, let's see whether we can go up.

Are the fans calling for your head after applying to all those clubs?

Not at all.

My contract was running out and I did not recieve Tenhult's offer for a long time, so neither fans nor the board went mad.

It looks like we have a slight reputation change: players at Hammarby TFF, whose contracts are expiring, are willing to sign us

There really should be a board option to request that the club turn fully professional, especially with a healthy bank balance.
