I know your only allowed to scout players when your a LLM so how do you get your scout to go abroad?

Post FM06(IIRC) you can only scout were your board let you, as you climb the league ladder you'll be able top widen the net.

I am in the League 2 with Blyth and I still can only scout regional!! so basically Sunderland, Newcastle & Middlesborough, I know their reserves like the back of my hand, I wish there was some way I could a bit of choice...... ah well

D'oh, I have only ever had results from Sunderland & Middlesborough, wherever I send my scouts (england, reserves etc). Just assumed I could only scout the North East region

As soon as you turn Professional, you are able to scout England, Wales, Scotland, N. Ireland and Ireland.
