Default New Italian LLM venture

Never tried LLM before, so i've given up my Doncaster game for now and I thought I'd give it a go. I've chosen Italy, for no particular reason.

Could someone please confirm which the lowest Italian league is? I know that sounds a daft question, but I don't know the structure.

Is C2C the very lowest, or are C2 A-C all on a par?

Thanks.

Which options does FM give you when you're selecting leagues to play in?

I've only loaded up Italy - all leagues. I've loaded some of other EU countries in terms of available players, and I'm on a medium database.

So in Italy, I've got Serie A, B, C1/A, C1/B, C2/A, C2/B and C2/C.

Yes, the latter 3 (C2/A, C2/B and C2/C) are all on a par.

OK, I've gone with Gubbio, on the basis that I visited there once when on holiday in Tuscany. Lovely little place.

Anyway, I've got a budget of £8k/wk wages, and the current spend is £7,890. No transfer budget, obviously.

I've just re-read the LLM rules, so I'll avoid names and tactics and so on. A couple of further questions though:

1. Am I ok to use the search screen to find/trial/scout/sign players who are without a contract?

2. What's the rationale behind my not being allowed to use the transfer list? I thought that there is (in the UK at least) a list which is circulated to clubs.

I'm going to have to remind myself of this as I go; I'm used to playing with only the restrictions the game itself imposes on you.

It's weird not hitting "search" immediately and ploughing through who's available. I feel kind of at a loss.

I suspect I can guess what the answer to this is, but I assume that I'm not allowed to load up training schedules that I created in earlier games and that I am to devise them from scratch?

Hi mate, I think the main gripe is the fact you asked advice and then proceeded to give an up-date, once you had your answer you should of gone away and done your 3 seasons then up-date.

Although I am just a LLM lurker I think this is what Claret was referring to.
