Season 11 - Wolfsburg - 2.Bundesliga 2013/2014
So the season started shaky as always, found a gelling strategy and we maintained mediocre status throughout...
Finished 9th, the best position the team had been in five years. A couple of very good players are leaving for free, it annoys me because I could've made some cash... disloyal bastards
Despite this, the board kept making side comments about the uncertainty of my future - Frankfurt was courting me, but I declined an opportunity to play in Europe (Vase) because I had invested a lot of time with the pups.
So I signed another one-year contract. Finances are unstable given the bad management in the last couple of years
So my goals for the new season are an European ticket and stabilize the finances.
-- The bug sucks, my two strong strikers had to sit on the bench most of the second part of the season... if this continues I may have to quit and start afresh.

Sorry to confuse you mate, I sometimes forget that my strange turns of phrase aren't very international-friendly.
Now, how will you go about getting a ticket to Europe in 2.Bundesliga? Cup run, I suppose?
