Blue Square North.
They'd spent the first three seasons in that Division, finishing 17th, 7th and relegated in 21st place in 2010 and I joined them on their return in 2018.

I'd have hoped my reputation was better than that!
In all seriousness, though, I've only noticed my reputation's made the board happy to sign me and kept my reputation at "Continental".
Players don't sign any easier, I think the game's a lot more weighted towards Club reputation than Manager reputation.
As it should be, of course.

I've been looking around on this forum, and it appears people find it really easy to win stuff. Do you think they should make the game harder, or add a harder level?
