Nah, let me tell you why.
There's no National Police SOP for a "Council House And Violent" case. Let me tell you why.
It's judgemental, it stereotypes council house tenants and the Association of Chief Police Officers would blow a gasket if it was routinely known, common knowledge. Let me tell you why.
We at the Ambulance Service had a commonly known acronym amongst other Health Care Professionals which was A.R.S.E. Positive.
It was used with patients that were likely to be troublesome in A&E, so was used on the handover.
"Hello Nurse. This is patient "X", he was picked up at *Blah* High Street, he's been assaulted, sustained a laceration to his forehead, not unconscious and he's A.R.S.E. Positive."
The nurse immediately understood that the guy was a mouthy drunk who'd cause bother...but it was never common knowledge amongst the Public and never admitted by the Ambulance Managers.
The Public wouldn't like it.
So, maybe the Cops in a certain area used C.H.A.V. amongst themselves to identify a certain social group, but there's no way it'd become common knowledge without an Officer being charged and a media outcry.
I heard that JFK was shot by the US Government from a grassy knoll.

December 12, 2043, my position became untenable.
We were in 4th position in League 1 and our two free(ish) scoring SCs were crocked for 3 and 6 months respectively and our DC fell foul of his cruciate ligament for God knows how long, at 34 it's probably near career ending.
I decided, made a conscious decision, to ask for transfer funds and not to take "no" for an answer.
So...I requested, they refused, I waved an ultimatum in their coupons, and they sacked me.
December 16th, not a man to steep in my misfortune, I took over at Welling United in the Conference South...or BSS or whatever the damn they call it.
I was surprised and delighted to see one of my ex-charges in the squad, an SC from Holywood...Good Scot, although he's 32 and a wee bit slow now.
