I don't believe that gretna can be placed in Third Division, think it is because it says previous position was first division, someone tell me if i am wrong, there are no problems if gretna stay in first division like they were initially going to be!

It doesn't matter about the last division the club played in. Try and check if you have any silly errors anywhere such as misspelling or not balancing the teams in each league correctly.
