I regulary start my games in scotland and one thing i always noticed was there is never any manager changes for years. infact to see jsut how bad it is i started a game and quit straight away i went on holiday and ticked aplly for new jobs and it took wait for it 8 , yes EIGHT years for a manger in scotland to be sacked . in the end it was east fife in the 3rd division who finally sacked there mananger . i find this so so unrelaistic especially with managers jobs changin the way they do. makes it frustrating when waitin for abigger job to come along . . .. . . . . .
