thats the maximum you can have in the national squad, you will have to remove players before you can call up anymore, thats why it wont let you

No mate, ive removed every player. But i still can only call up the 45 thats in the squad selection.

Thats strange it should work ok. If you want you can send me your save file and ill have a look as ive always been able to call up players ok. My email address is on my profile if that is of any help for you?
