Default Wage Bill
I am struggling in league 1 I always buy freebies like people whos contracts are expiring and you offer them contracts. Due to the lack of funds but the highest wage i can offer a player is 2.2k which restricts me largely. Any suggestions how i can get my wage bill higher because even when I sell players I cannot offer more. Suggestions????

normally if you win some competition or get promoted, the next year your board will have higher funds for you...
