Are player stats the same as PC Version?
So if someone recommended a player from PC Version, or maybe a youngster, he'd be the same on 360 version?

Yes, the databases are more or less exactly the same, with only some minor differences.

I don't know exactly what the differences are. They will only be small things, nothing major will be different.

Not necessarily as the stats can change from game to game on the PC as well, but players abilities will be the same.
