I must say, 2008 is ALOT harder than the others... Tactics really mean everything... It took me a while to get used to it and still im not doing as good as i did on 2005,2006 and 2007...

Im with darlington, just got through my first season in mid-table, now im 17 games in and im 3rd... The tactic I use is the 4-2-2 Diamond Attacking... (Usual 4-4-2 but with a DM and AM)... make sure your DM has Work rate of at least 12 because he does most of the work.. I have Herold Goulon (Loan from Middlesbrough) to do that job...
