First of all, good couting.
But you should check out the
Picture Dump for better Fotos (much better qualitiy and bigger size).
Then you should render the background pics too, and maybe desaturate them or set them down to a transparenty of 20%. And try using some patterns or textures for the background. Check
the Resources for that.
Allthough i don't like the font that much, or... lets say... it's all so blury (all: background, pics, font)... :/
And you should put the outer-glow on the middle pic down... the transaprenty (40-50% maybe) at least.
And your signature is to big in my opinion. it should always be that small, that it will be coverd by the task-bar.
