Ok, so I ask the board for a WP feeder club. I'm given the choice of a Romanian club or a Bulgarian club and opt for the Romanian one.
Now can someone please explain how to sign non eu players and send them to this club?
The game is still just going through the automatically applying for work permit, permit turned down, transfer cancelled routine.

I seems to have sorted itself out. I tried to sign one of them again and this time when the appeal was turned down it gave me the option to sign them anyway.
I was probably just too quick off the mark.

Once you have an EU feeder club then you can sign players who require a WP.
They can be sent to your feeder until such time as they reach the nationality requirements or play enough international games to gain a WP normally.

Belgium and Poland are the countries you idealy want a feeder club because it only takes 3 years to gain nationality.
