becasue the 360 is easy to port over to as it shars similarities with the PC programming, i understand for some the "cell" proccessor, as powerful as its meant to be is very hard to utilise and port onto

the ps3, and playstation in general is total new ground for SI, as they have no developed for any playstation platform for FM games (maybe for the quiz back ages ago but meh)

plus not many people have PS3's compared to the 360, so maybe its not worth there while selling to a small audience ....at the moment

and untill they get more staff working there, considering two men and a dog port the 360 version, theres obviously not much priority going into the console sector

The Xbox360 architecture is something which we've used to dealing with and it also shares a common toolbase (largely) with our standard PC development.

Its altogether possible that the company will look at the PS-3 at some point in the future - however presently nothing is set in stone for that platform.

i dont know if this has been asked it the forum before but is there going to be a US version for the 360

it will be region free, so you will able to import it to america and it will play no problem

the game doesnt sell well here (you can tell with the lack of interest in this thread) so i doubt they would release it in america when its not a major sport there
