how come on the xbox you only get to pick from 3 countrys and 10 leagues can you get an update or is that all you get ??

Hey me and my friends are thinking about getting this game, however we are not sure how the multiplayer is on the Xbox 360. Can we each manage our own team in the same league like on PC or are we limited to friendly matches and created tournaments?
Can you run us through the multiplayer modes.

KronikAlkoholik - the online modes are the same as the previous 360 game, so you have up to 8 player cup, league and fantasy draft competitions. In the first 2, you can use default teams, or your team from a 360 saved game.
Toon_balmy - it's because of the amount of memory available on the 360.

There is a demo now available on Xbox 360 Live marketplace. I know it's available in Europe, but not sure if it's been rolled out to other regions too.

Connor - it's not equivalent to the PC options. The database depends on the leagues that are loaded.
