look at the players profile, Im not 100% sure offhand, but I think its under PERSONAL.

Right at the bottom it should list nations/nation and days left, days spent etc till nationality.

I figured it out over the weekend. All I had to do was loan him out to Salamanca. Luckily enough, he only had to complete 120 more days in Spain to gain citizenship. I recalled him in January and now he's back with my squad.

you dont need to send players away for 3 yrs to et work permit send them to work permit feeder club then recall them and wait 2 week and send them again each time u recall them it classes as a season
