Can someone tell me how you go about scouting a league or tournament. I go to assign scout but there is no option for leagues or tournaments only for nations. Hope somebody can help

Unfortunatly for us, SI lied to us, they said that it had all of the features the PC version does, WHICH IT DOESNT... they removed alot of things, including the ability to scout tournaments...

Im sorry SI (e.g. Olly Kenney) because I know some of you come on these forums and answer questions and take requests for improvement, but you really do need to put alot more effort into 2009 because 2008, as ive said before in other posts, it really lazily made... If I had my own PC or Laptop i would buy it on there, but I dont because im only 16...
