I am playing in the A-league (Australian league). I am in the year 2010 and I just installed the 8.0.2 patch. Now, all the foreign players in my squad have WP (work permit) next to their name.

How do I get a work permit for them?

Check the league rules. Maybe aussies don't allow non-eu players. If they do then you need a work permit affiliate. Try Belgium,Poland or Spain. Spain is especially good if you want to sign spanish speaking south americans as they will be eligible for a spanish passport after just two years whereas its normally four in Spain.
