lol..i havnt really thought about that...but im sure there'll be like a forced retirement..something like that..cause you obviously cant manage forever..or even till 80yrs...anyone ever gone that far???

No, you don't die, nor are you forced to stop. You can play as long as you want.

If you want to keep your game as realistic as possible then I would suggest retiring as a manager when you reach a certain age and if you wish to continue add a new manager with a different name and pretend its a relation to you.
Of course you may not be as sad as me so you would probably just start a new game like a normal person. Whichever you prefer.....
