Hercales have no manager on my game and go on for years without one. It's weird because they reject everyones offers to become their manager but never higher the the Caretaker manager. Is this a bug? I'm using 8.02 BTW.

Known problem. I believe if you apply they never get back to you either.

i've had problems with something similar but with offering players out.

at the start of the season i like to offer my youth players out on loan.
so i offer about 6 of them out and end up with about 40 'offers' on my transfer window.

5 weeks later the clubs still haven't come back to me and the offers still show.
